Former presidential candidates John McCain and John Kerry express support for limited American involvement in the NATO-led military campaign in Libya. President Obama is set to announce a plan to pull 30,000 troops out of Afghanistan.
Also, the administration is quietly offering a quasi-amnesty for hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants starting in 2012.
