There is so much for “newbies” to learn, repeating and repeating and repeating makes it sink in, sink in, sink in – Twitter, Facebook are not easy to use – not very user friendly – very challenging to know and understand how to work effectively on Twitter and Facebook. Still trying to get Facebook to work after several attempts. Twitter has so many “add ons” – including Tweetdeck – I know you love Tweetdeck – I don’t get it and I haven’t found explanation how to use it – so what is easy for “people in the industry” is difficult – like riding a bike – hard to learn, easy once you know it!
