Rick Fant, a spokesman for the company, told the press that there is much potential for ‘Net growth in the mobile industry, because there is a lot of interest shown in Japan, South Korea and other regions. The .mobi domain will include not just a new extension, but an adoption of basic standards and templates so mobile users can rely upon a “predictable” surfing experience.
