Shorty Awards Nomination For the LinkedIn Rockstars

Mike O’ Neil and Lori Ruff, The LinkedIn Rockstars, and host of the WebmasterRadio.FM series RockTheWorld with LinkedIn, have been nominated for a Shorty Industry Award.
They have been nominated for Best Use of a Hashtag on Twitter, namely the #RockTheWorld hashtag they use to promote their works. Voting ends on Wednesday February 22nd.
“We use it in between events to share knowledge of LinkedIn and Social Media as well as to just have a little fun, ” Ruff said. “Not forgetting that the idea is to build relationships, we also use the hashtag as a personalized shout out to people who inspire us.”
This nomination follows their inclusion on the Forbes 2012 Top 50 Social Media Power Influencers list in Janauary.
