Vocus Online Product Manager Jiyan Wei will be joining Brandy Shapiro Babin as her new permanent co-host of Cover Story. Jiyan assists with the development of new-media strategies for Vocus and provides oversight for affiliate PRWeb.
Today they will be interviewing Joice Truban Curry, a 3 time Silver Anvil recipient and Nation Silver Anvil Chair as they talk about what it takes to know who you are as a company and how to properly create a brand.
Joice served on the San Diego Chapter PRSA board for 9 years and was the youngest president ever elected in the chapter’s history to serve consecutive terms. Joice has worked for the California State Legislature, Children’s Hospital and Health Center and Berkman Communications, before starting c3 Communications, Inc. In addition to PRSA, she has served on Starlight Musical Theatre’s board and is an active volunteer public information officer for the American Red Cross. Joice has been published in such publications as San Diego Business Journal, San Diego Daily Transcript, Ranch & Cove Magazine and San Diego Magazine, to name a few.
